The rejection letter

For the people who did not get the part here is the letter we sent them.

Dear.....

Thank you for coming to our audition last Wednesday.  

We all thought that you performed well, with enthusiasm and talent.  However, there were some very strong candidates, and we had to make some tough decisions.  Unfortunately, we came to the conclusion that somebody that we auditioned was more suited to this particular role.

Thank you so much for coming over and we wish you all the best in the future.
